ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in sales, and I bring that same energy, drive, and people-first mindset into our office every day. I attended the University of Michigan, and outside of work you’ll usually find me staying active — I love pickleball, basketball, backpacking, and spending time with my four kids.
We care deeply about how we show up for our customers and our community. Giving back matters to us, and we’re intentional about supporting charities and staying involved locally in meaningful ways. We believe the work we do goes beyond policies — it’s about protecting families, supporting small businesses, and helping people feel confident about their future.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Burt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
