ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in sales, and I bring that same energy, drive, and people-first mindset into our office every day. I attended the University of Michigan, and outside of work you’ll usually find me staying active — I love pickleball, basketball, backpacking, and spending time with my four kids.
We care deeply about how we show up for our customers and our community. Giving back matters to us, and we’re intentional about supporting charities and staying involved locally in meaningful ways. We believe the work we do goes beyond policies — it’s about protecting families, supporting small businesses, and helping people feel confident about their future.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Burt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
