RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in auto, home, liability, life and disability insurance.
- Maintain high levels of outbound calling and texting to win new households to our agency.
- Overcome objections to persist in sales conversations.
- Maintain high level of quoting activity in auto, home, life and health insurance.
- Uncover the needs of each customer through family and financial fact-finding.
- Set Retirement Planning conversations for the agent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Positive Attitude + Hard Work Ethic.
- Ability to bounce back from rejection and maintain positivity and enthusiasm.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
